Searching for a full-time baker assistant interested in joining a dynamic team in a fast-growing company. We are looking for someone who is career-minded with a desire for achieving long-term growth.
Our kitchen has heavy production demands that requires attention to detail, with the ability to work quickly and precisely. Must be willing to work holidays, weekends, and morning bake shifts. We are willing to train the right candidate, but we are only looking for candidates that are focused on baking as a career; no hobbyists or part-time home bakers. ServSafe a plus.
Duties & responsibilities
Assist in bakery production: scaling and mixing batters and all doughs from scratch in large quantities with consistent results
Maintain and track inventory of bakery products to ensure proper pars
Maintain quality control on all products to ensure they meet bakery standards
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Kitchen/baking experience
Must be able to lift up to 50 #
Cake decorating a plus
Able to read and accurately follow recipes
Must be reliable and work early mornings
Act as a team player
