What You’ll Do
- Welcome customers and guide them through the service process from start to finish
- Listen to customer concerns and recommend appropriate maintenance and repairs
- Explain service needs based on vehicle mileage and maintenance schedules
- Coordinate valet pickup and delivery when needed
- Ensure accurate documentation of complaint, cause, and correction
- Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience while representing The Premier Collection brand
