Automotive Service Advisor Responsibilities
- Greet and guide clients in the service drive through the service process.
- Assist customers in identifying and explaining their concerns
- Explain maintenance based on mileage and time passed since last visit
- Coordinate Valet for pickup and delivery of customer’s vehicles
- Ensure proper documentation of Complaint, Cause and Correction
- Following up after service to assist customers with additional questions
- Represent The Premier Collection’s brand with excellence
- Highly organized and eagerness to improve
- Willingness to take initiative
- Computer literacy, quality writing and grammar skills
- Provide an exemplary level of customer service.
Automotive Service Advisor Qualifications
- Caring and empathetic
