Position Overview
As an Automotive Sales & Leasing Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering a world-class customer experience. You will guide clients through the vehicle purchasing and leasing process while building lasting relationships based on trust, professionalism, and product knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers throughout the sales process
- Build rapport and identify each client’s vehicle needs and preferences
- Present and demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and available options
- Help customers select the right vehicle to fit their lifestyle and budget
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of new vehicle inventory, features, and market trends
- Deliver a personalized and informative vehicle delivery experience
- Follow up consistently with sales leads using the dealership CRM system
- Develop long-term relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
- Collaborate with team members to achieve dealership sales goals
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude every day
Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and high-energy personality
- Positive attitude with a desire to learn and grow
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong listening, follow-up, and customer service abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Valid driver’s license required
