Job Summary
We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic Bartenders to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately to process transactions efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service standards.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting shortages or discrepancies.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders for guests at the bar or during special events such as banquets.
- Stay updated on drink trends and menu changes to provide informed recommendations to guests.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or fine dining setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with cash registers, POS systems (Toast POS experience is a plus), and retail math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices to ensure the health and safety of guests.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for patrons.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must be of legal drinking age as per local regulations.
