Duties
- Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and menu, ensuring consistency and quality in presentation.
- Operate fryers and grills efficiently and safely
- Assemble burgers accurately according to menu specifications
- Prepare ingredients and workstation before and during shifts
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, tools, and work areas
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist with inventory and restocking supplies as needed
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet shift needs
- Take direction and feedback with a positive attitude
- Exhibit strong work ethic and reliability
- Dishwashing
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food items to minimize waste and maintain freshness.
Requirements
- Reliable
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Availability weekends
- Able to stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a hot environment
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs
- Current Food handlers permit
- 18, 21 preferred
Experience
- Prior kitchen or food service experience preferred but not required.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
