We are seeking a Human Resources Specialist
Responsibilities:
· Assist with Integrations and Mergers
· Provide assistance and support to employees regarding their benefits (medical, dental, FMLA, Leave Administration)
· Generate reports through our One-HCM HRIS system
· File workers compensation claims
· Update all enrollments, changes, and terminations on insurance carrier websites
· Prepare all documents for leaves of absence - (FMLA, PFL, WC, etc.)
· Process invoices and manage HRIS entries
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree
- 3 years of Human Resources experience
- Experience with HRIS platforms
Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay Range: $58,000-$65,000
the starting rate within this range for this role varies depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location.
