We are seeking a Maintenance Worker to join our team in Northern NJ.
Responsibilities:
- Routine basic maintenance performed daily
- Transport and delivery of supplies
- Support IT in deliveries of equipment
- Performs general repairs that do not require a specialized technician/ moving of office equipment and furniture
- Participate in different projects (e.g. renovations)
- Cleans and assists with upkeep and preventative maintenance of the facilities
- Orders supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Light painting, spackling, and construction experience is a plus
Knowledge of general carpentry and repair
Proven Facilities/Maintenance experience
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time
Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record
Compensation & Benefits:
· · Pay Range: $22-$25 an hour
