Job Details: Workday US Payroll Lead
As a Workday Payroll Lead, you’ll work in a team to implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday solutions for our global customer base, typically leading a project workstream.
You will be expected to work independently at a lead level.
You will build relationships with customers, shaping and delivering solutions that are aligned to customer needs, fit for purpose, and commercially viable.
You’ll provide expert guidance, understanding customer business requirements and offering best practice solutions.
Must Have Requirements:
Recent Workday US Payroll end to end implementation experience
Knowledge of payroll regulatory requirements (Tax, Garnishments, Common Pay Master)
Experience with retirement benefits (401K, etc.), payroll processing, Unions/CBAs, or payroll accounting
Launch Express / Launch experience
Prior consulting experience with enterprise clients
Strong customer communication and leadership skills
E2E implementation experience from within the past 2-3 years
Needs to be able to work EST hours
Proactive communication with the team, manager, and clients
Open to working on multiple projects
Active Workday US Payroll certification
