Contract Duration :6 months (could extend)
Hours: 40 hours per week
Location: West Kendall St. in Cambridge, MA (Kendall Square)
WFH situation: Hybrid (2 days per week onsite)
Must haves:
-Bachelor degree
-1 years of recruiting support and scheduling experience
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-MS Office
Preferred:
-Biotech / pharma industry
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1–3 years in recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative support — preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a candidate-first mindset
- Comfort navigating scheduling tools, ATS platforms, and virtual meeting technologies (Zoom & Teams)
- Proactive problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative team environment
Salary : $30 - $35
