Sr Product/Program Manager - IT Transformation (App Dev, Infra, Organizational Change)
- Hybrid/Mainly Remote: Required to be in office every 2-3 weeks near Yakima, WA - 98901
- Salary range: $150,000 to $160,000
- Incentive: 10% target
Role, Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and program management systems
- Deep expertise in managing complex transformations and organizational change
- Proven ability to lead large-scale, enterprise-wide initiatives
- Experience applying Agile methodologies in software development environments
- Cross-functional partnership experience supporting infrastructure projects and diverse stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to manage program budgets, vendors, invoicing, and financial tracking
- Strong relationship-building skills with an executive-level communication and presence
IT Transformation Environment
- The IT organization is undergoing significant modernization and transformation
- Prior experience leading or supporting enterprise IT transformations is highly desirable

Requirements
· 7 years of experience in IT program management, product management, or related leadership roles
· Proven experience leading large-scale IT transformations and complex, cross-functional initiatives
· Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and modern product delivery practices
· Hands-on experience delivering cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern enterprise platforms
· Demonstrated success driving change management and stakeholder alignment
· Strong communication skills, with experience presenting to senior and executive leadership
· Deep experience leading large-scale technology transformations, managing change, and delivering cloud-based solutions using modern Agile practices.
· A bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, information technology, or related field is preferred, or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
· Experience leading ERP, CRM (e.g., Salesforce), data & analytics platforms, or enterprise SaaS initiatives
· Formal certifications such as PMP, Certified Scrum Master, and/or Change Management preferred

Salary : $140,000 - $160,000
