Job Description:
The People Operations Contractor supports the day-to-day delivery of People Operations services, ensuring employees, managers, and HR partners receive timely, accurate, and high-quality support across the employee lifecycle. This role is responsible for managing employee transactions, resolving inquiries through ServiceNow, maintaining data integrity in HR systems, and contributing to operational excellence through process documentation and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
Support employee lifecycle transactions including hires, job changes, transfers, promotions, leaves of absence, and terminations within SuccessFactors and related HR systems.
Manage employee and manager inquiries through ServiceNow, ensuring requests are completed accurately and within established service level agreements (SLAs).
Maintain employee data integrity through regular audits, quality checks, and timely processing of HR transactions.
Partner with Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of People Operations processes.
Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), knowledge articles, and process documentation to support consistent service delivery.
Support cyclical People Operations activities such as performance, compensation, organizational changes, and compliance-related initiatives.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce manual effort, and enhance the employee experience.
Participate in testing, documentation, and implementation of HR system enhancements and operational improvements.
Contribute to a collaborative team environment by supporting cross-training and sharing knowledge across the People Operations team.
Support onboarding and orientation operations as needed.
Escalate complex cases appropriately while maintaining ownership through resolution.
