Client Job Title: Payroll Specialist
Duration: 12-month Contract-to-Hire
Location: Appleton, WI.
Qualification
- sHigh school diploma or GED required
- .Minimum of 3 years of payroll experience required
- .Experience processing union construction payroll strongly preferred
- .Experience with Oracle or other enterprise ERP/payroll systems preferred
- .Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, taxes, deductions, and compliance requirements
- .Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
- .Strong verbal and written communication skills
- .Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, including the ability to manipulate and analyze payroll data
