The Planet Group seeking a talented Contract Maintenance Manager (CMM) to support Operations and Maintenance Services for the Medical Treatment Facilities Destin, Florida.
The CMM will be responsible for the performance of the work and will have full authority on all task order matters related to the daily operation of the task order.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day onsite facilities operations for a medical treatment facility.
- Oversee a diverse team of managers, foremen, technicians, and administrative staff.
- Be available 24/7/365 on call in response to facility emergencies.
- Ensure staff and subcontractors follow management plans and processes, including safety and quality requirements.
- Direct scheduling and completion of preventive maintenance, repairs, and project work.
- Coordinate with customer Facility Management points of contact on reports, service scheduling, program status, and best practice recommendations.
- Ensure work complies with contract requirements, healthcare codes and regulations, budgets, and performance standards.
- Resolve conflicts, deficiencies, and issues in accordance with reporting and corrective action requirements.
- Maintain program documentation and records for The Joint Commission (TJC) requirements, contract deliverables and plans, training, staff certifications and licenses, and permits.
- Conduct staff training, safety briefings, and quality inspections.
- Manage subcontractors and vendors, including performance reviews and required follow-up actions.
Required Qualifications
- Technically qualified in Healthcare Facilities Maintenance Management.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Ambulatory Care and medical/healthcare bedded-inpatient facility operations and maintenance.
- Minimum 5 years of experience servicing and/or renovating commercial buildings, including supervision of a diversified workforce responsible for operations, maintenance, and repair of commercial building infrastructure systems.
- Familiarity with applicable JC, NFPA, EPA, and OSHA codes and standards related to O&M tasks covered by the PWS.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- ASHE Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) certification to be obtained immediately upon hire.
Preferred
- OSHA 30 completion preferred.

Salary : $110,000 - $135,000
