Benton Maintenance Experts is a fast-growing maintenance company serving homeowners and businesses throughout the Emerald Coast. We are looking for a motivated and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Drywall repairs and patch work
- Painting and touch-ups
- Minor plumbing repairs
- Basic electrical work such as replacing fixtures and outlets
- Door, trim, and hardware repairs
- Flooring and trim installation
- Property inspections and punch list items
- General handyman and maintenance tasks
- Communicate professionally with customers
Requirements:
- Previous maintenance, handyman, construction, or related work experience required
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Basic knowledge of tools and equipment
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and solve problems on the job
