Job Title: HVAC Facilities Coordinator
Location: Chesapeake, VA (Onsite)
Pay: $29–$31/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1st Shift
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire (conversion likely after ~5 months)
Start Date: ASAP

We’re seeking detail-oriented HVAC Facilities Coordinators to support a high-volume facilities operation managing commercial service work orders. In this role, you’ll take ownership of HVAC-related work orders from start to finish—ensuring timely progress, accurate updates, and successful completion in line with service expectations.

This is a fast-paced, communication-heavy role where you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for HVAC service providers and internal teams.

• Manage and track HVAC work orders across assigned accounts from initiation through completion
• Proactively follow up with service providers via phone and email to gather status updates
• Update and maintain accurate work order details within internal systems
• Analyze Excel-based work order data to prioritize outreach and identify delays
• Coordinate with internal teams on escalations, reassignments, and invoice-related issues
• Ensure all updates and changes are clearly communicated to stakeholders
• Assist with dispatching work orders when needed

Required:

• 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance, property management, or a related customer service role
• Experience working with commercial HVAC service delivery or in a similar environment
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Typing speed of 50 WPM

Preferred:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
