Human Resources Business Partner
Contract to Perm
100% onsite in Providence, RI

Must Haves:
- Strong employee relations experience including investigations and coaching
- 2 years as an HRBP
- 7 years of HR experience
- Healthcare
Job Summary/Description:
- Handle employee relations including coaching managers and handling investigations.
- Act as first point of contact for employee relations related issues.
- Work with leaders to implement performance management processes.
- Act as consultant to HR and leadership teams regarding policy and procedure guidance and compliance.
- Work collaboratively with HR team members and front line management.
- Escalate any HR issues as needed.
Requirements:
- Strong employee relations experience including investigations and coaching
- Understanding of HR laws and regulations
Salary : $40 - $48
