We are seeking an experienced Workday Finance Manager with a strong background in Finance and Accounting to oversee day-to-day operations in support of Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning. This highly visible leadership role spans both Finance and IT, providing direction to system analysts and ensuring continual optimization of Workday systems.
Key Responsibilities- Lead development, planning, and support processes for global ERP (Workday & Adaptive) Finance and Planning systems.
- Manage and deliver complex ERP projects, working closely with stakeholders and IT PMO to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Own the inventory of RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows) for associated systems.
- Provide leadership for direct reports including hiring, coaching, professional development, and succession planning.
- Oversee work performed by consultants and external partners.
- Recommend strategic roadmap enhancements for Workday and related ERP systems.
- Partner with business leaders to streamline financial and planning operations through system optimization.
- Strong Finance and Accounting background.
- Proven Workday Financials experience.
- Experience with Adaptive Planning.
- 4 years of ERP cloud implementation and support for Finance and Planning applications.
- Hands-on functional experience (configuration, BPs, requirements gathering).
- 2 years of experience with Composite and Financial Reporting.
- Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional ERP initiatives.
- Proven people management experience with diverse teams.
- Strong communication, problem solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Knowledge of general accounting and corporate financial reporting.
- Familiarity with Workday Studio and BIRT.
- Workday certifications.
