📍 Location: Kansas City, MO

đź•’ Duration: 11-month Contract-to-Hire


We’re looking for a detail-oriented Facilities Project Assistant to support building maintenance and facilities operations. This role works closely with the Project Manager and project team to ensure smooth project coordination and administrative support.


đź”§ Key Responsibilities:

• Provide general administrative support for facility projects

• Maintain and organize project files, communications, and documentation

• Track project status and prepare monthly progress reports

• Perform data entry and maintain project tracking systems

• Use tools like MaintainX and ServiceNow to manage work orders and service requests

• Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and presentations

• Record meeting minutes and assist with research and reporting

• Manage incoming calls, mail, invoices, and correspondence

• Support scheduling, calendar updates, and supply management


âś… Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED required (Bachelor’s degree preferred)

• Relevant office or clerical experience required

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint

• Strong organizational and communication skills
