We are seeking a senior-level Oracle HCM Payroll functional resource to support payroll operations and reconciliation testing. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle HCM Payroll and a proven ability to manage complex payroll processes and testing activities.

• Act as a functional expert for Oracle HCM Payroll
• Lead payroll reconciliation testing and validation processes
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure accurate payroll configurations
• Troubleshoot and resolve payroll-related issues
• Provide guidance on best practices for payroll operations within Oracle HCM
• Support end-to-end payroll testing cycles and documentation

• Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Payroll
• Strong background in payroll processes and compliance
• Expertise in payroll testing and reconciliation
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
