What You’ll Do
- Owning the custom ERP system and related applications end-to-end
- Designing, developing, and enhancing internal tools and web-based platforms
- Writing clean, scalable code with C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL
- Maintaining legacy apps while driving upgrades and improvements
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues across production, sales, engineering, and finance
- Partnering with stakeholders to identify gaps, gather requirements, and propose solutions
- Documenting workflows and provide end-user support and training
- Leading small IT projects and coordinate vendor resources
- Monitoring system health, performance, and data integrity
Technical Environment
- Languages & Frameworks: C#, .NET, JavaScript, AngularJS (exposure to Angular/React/Vue a plus), HTML5, Bootstrap
- Tools: Visual Studio, Git
- Database & Reporting: SQL Server, SQL scripting, SSRS
What We’re Looking For
- 8 years of full stack .NET development experience
- Proven background supporting or building custom ERP or enterprise systems
- Deep SQL Server expertise, including database design
- Comfortable working onsite, independently supporting business-critical operations
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to map business processes into efficient technical solutions
- Passion for building tools that streamline operations and deliver measurable impact
