Customer Insights Analyst
Location: Irving, TX
Duration: 9-month contract
Pay: $40-$45/hr (DOE)
The Planet Group is seeking a Customer Insights Analyst to support customer analytics, platform adoption, and data-driven decision-making. This role will partner with business teams to deliver insights that improve customer engagement, retention, and growth.
Responsibilities:
Support customer insights platform adoption and user training
Analyze data and provide actionable business recommendations
Create reports, dashboards, presentations, and insights
Partner with sales/marketing teams on customer strategies
Track platform usage, customer success metrics, and business impact
Identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Qualifications:
Experience in analytics, customer insights, or business intelligence
Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
Experience with dashboards, reporting tools, and stakeholder management
Retail/CPG/customer analytics experience preferred
Salary : $40 - $45
