Job Title: Metrologist/CMM Programmer

Location: Calabasas, CA

Contract length: 6 months

Schedule: Fulltime, 8a to 5p

Pay: ($44-$47/hour)

Job Overview

:The primary role of a Metrologist in Manufacturing Engineering is to design, implement, and monitor quality control programs. Key deliverables include, but are not limited to, recommending changes to methods, procedures, and standards to improve quality of output based on analysis of data and systems. Ensures products are built correctly to specification, quality standards, and appropriate regulatory compliance. Reports defects and tracks until resolution. The primary objectives of the Metrology specialization within the Manufacturing Quality job family are to perform precise measurements, analysis, and reporting. These activities support engineers in new part development, qualification, and validation as well as provide critical problem-solving and analytical support for Production and Quality Assurance on existing parts
