Content Review Manager Qualifications:
- Experience in PR or Media Relations
- Proficient with Google Suite
- Working knowledge of Asana & portfolio management
- 2 years experience working in fast paced, dynamic environment
- The role will utilize project management software (Jira and Asana), GSuite, Workday, and Concur. Success will be measured through weekly check-ins, along with colleague and event feedback.
- Management of Asana portfolios with custom fields and rules across projects
- General understanding of the program, processes, and policies as well as the ability to identify risks
- Reviewing external opportunity requests, accurately assess next steps and facilitate appropriate reviews
- Schedule and deadline management across multiple stakeholders
- Coordinating blog post editing with vendor partners and facilitating internal cross-functional stakeholder reviews
- Keeping the internal program policy documents and sites current
- Collaborate with cross functional review partners to improve process for efficiency
