Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding specifications.
- Perform welding using various techniques (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick) on different metal types.
- Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment and machinery.
- Inspect finished welds for quality, accuracy, and adherence to industry standards and specifications.
- Prepare materials for welding by cleaning, grinding, and fitting components.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

- 3 years of professional welding experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding processes.
- Current AWS D1.1 certification or equivalent.
- Ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
- Demonstrated understanding of welding safety protocols and quality control standards.
- Experience with advanced blueprint interpretation or CAD software.
- Certification or experience operating forklifts or overhead cranes.
- Proficiency in basic fabrication techniques (cutting, grinding, fitting).
- Experience with robotic welding or automated systems.
