Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement robust supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness in manufacturing operations.
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management for raw materials and components.
- Optimize inventory levels across raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to minimize holding costs and prevent production disruptions.

- Lead demand forecasting and supply planning activities, collaborating with sales and production teams to align operational plans.
- Monitor key supply chain performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and reduce costs.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including supplier disruptions, quality issues, and geopolitical factors.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven expertise with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain planning software.
- Strong understanding of S&OP, inventory management, logistics, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and cross-functional communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., APICS CSCP, CPIM).
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Proficiency with advanced data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Experience with advanced planning systems (e.g., Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP)
