Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive preventative and predictive maintenance programs.
- Lead, train, and manage a team of maintenance technicians and supervisors.

- Strong technical knowledge of diverse manufacturing equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing maintenance teams, fostering a safety-first culture, and driving continuous improvement.
- Experience with Lean manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Proficiency in advanced CMMS/EAM system optimization or implementation.
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) or Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM).
- Demonstrated experience with predictive maintenance (PdM) technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermal imaging).
