Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of progressive experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain planning software.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, inventory management, and lean principles.
- Demonstrated leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
- Professional certification (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) is highly desirable.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Experience with advanced supply chain planning software (e.g., SAP IBP, Kinaxis).
- Proven experience in international sourcing, logistics, and trade compliance.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
