Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage all aspects of procurement, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and raw material purchasing.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet production demands while minimizing carrying costs.
- Direct logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution of raw materials and finished goods.

- 5 years of progressive experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced data analysis tools.
- Demonstrated expertise in demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and logistics management.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and cross-functional communication skills.
- Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and global sourcing strategies.
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
- Proficiency with advanced data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Experience with specific ERP modules for manufacturing (e.g., SAP PP, MM, QM)
- Fluency in a second language relevant to global sourcing or markets
