- Oversee all daily plant operations to meet production and quality targets.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.

- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
- Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification.
- Demonstrated experience leading successful new product introduction (NPI) initiatives.
- Proficiency in a relevant second language.
- Experience managing operations within a highly regulated industry (e.g., FDA, Aerospace).
