Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations to meet production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
- Implement and monitor operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize resource utilization.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of production supervisors and manufacturing personnel.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, quality control systems, and regulatory compliance.

- Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong understanding of production planning, supply chain management, and quality control systems.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive operational efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
- Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Familiarity with automation technologies and Industry 4.0 principles.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
