Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with industry standards.
- Lead and manage the quality assurance team, including training, performance evaluation, and resource allocation.
- Ensure product quality through robust inspection, testing, and non-conformance control processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies like CAPA, Lean, and Six Sigma.
- Manage supplier quality, including conducting audits and monitoring performance to ensure material compliance.
- Oversee internal and external quality audits to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Analyze quality data, prepare reports, and present findings to management for strategic decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
- 5 years of experience in quality management roles within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven expertise in ISO 9001 quality management systems, including implementation and auditing.
- Strong understanding and application of Lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and statistical process control (SPC).
- Demonstrated leadership ability in managing quality teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Experience implementing and managing specific QMS software (e.g., SAP QM, MasterControl)
- Proven track record in supplier quality development and auditing
- Direct experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment (e.g., medical device, aerospace, automotive)
