Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Oversee all quality control activities, including inspections, testing, and process audits.
- Lead root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Manage supplier quality processes, including audits, qualification, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
- Manage and develop the quality assurance team, providing training and performance feedback.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or a related technical field.
- 5 years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience with ISO 9001 quality management systems.
- Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA, and Root Cause Analysis.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in managing and developing quality teams.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Proficiency with advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
- Certified Lead Auditor (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor)
- Experience with specific industry certifications (e.g., IATF 16949, AS9100, ISO 13485)
