Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with industry standards.
- Ensure all manufactured products meet quality standards, specifications, and customer requirements.
- Lead and manage internal and external quality audits, including regulatory and certification audits.
- Oversee the investigation of non-conformances, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Manage supplier quality, including qualification, performance monitoring, and audits of raw materials and components.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and quality assurance programs across manufacturing processes.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the quality assurance team, fostering a culture of quality throughout the organization.
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in implementing and maintaining quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
- Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies including SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, and Lean Six Sigma principles.
- Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor and develop quality personnel.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 or relevant industry standards
- Proficiency in advanced statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
- Experience integrating quality management systems with ERP/MES platforms
