Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily plant operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are met.
- Develop and manage the plant's operational budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities and optimizing resource allocation.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- Implement and maintain robust quality control processes to ensure product excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production processes, efficiency, and waste reduction.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations, with 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage plant P&L, budgets, and lead large, diverse teams.
- Comprehensive understanding of safety regulations (OSHA) and quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Experience with multi-site operations or new plant startups/expansions
- Proficiency in advanced ERP/MES systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex)
- Demonstrated experience in implementing Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT, predictive maintenance)
- Background in sustainable manufacturing practices or environmental compliance initiatives
