Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with industry standards.
- Oversee all quality control activities, including inspections, testing, and statistical process control (SPC).
- Lead root cause analysis, corrective, and preventive action (CAPA) processes for non-conformances.
- Manage supplier quality performance through audits, evaluations, and continuous monitoring.
- Investigate and resolve customer quality complaints, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Ensure product and process compliance with regulatory requirements and customer specifications.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
- Manage, train, and mentor the quality assurance and quality control teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field
- 5 years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge and practical application of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949)
- Proficiency in Lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and statistical process control (SPC)
- Demonstrated leadership ability in building and managing high-performing quality teams
- Experience with root cause analysis, corrective/preventive actions (CAPA), and FMEA
- Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
- Demonstrated experience with Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong background in supplier quality management and development.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
- Experience with advanced Quality Management System (QMS) software implementation or administration.
