Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans for raw materials, components, and MRO supplies.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to achieve cost savings and favorable conditions.

- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a purchasing team effectively.
- Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, raw materials, and quality standards.
- Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
- Proficiency with advanced data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for spend analysis.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Experience with international sourcing and import/export regulations.
- Advanced proficiency in a major ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or e-procurement platform (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa).
