Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily plant operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are met efficiently.
- Manage plant budget and optimize resource allocation to control costs and maximize profitability.
- Implement and enforce safety, health, and environmental policies to ensure compliance and maintain a safe working environment.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve operational efficiency.
- Recruit, train, develop, and manage plant personnel to build a high-performing team and foster a positive work culture.
- Ensure product quality standards are consistently met or exceeded through effective quality control processes and systems.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve long-term production goals and support overall business objectives.
- Proven leadership and operational management experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and supply chain optimization.
- Demonstrated financial acumen with a track record of managing budgets, controlling costs, and improving P&L.
- Proficiency in continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma).
- Comprehensive knowledge of safety, quality assurance (e.g., ISO), and regulatory compliance standards.
