- Lead the planning, execution, and closure of manufacturing projects, from new product introduction to process improvements.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and resource requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.

- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) in a manufacturing context.
- Familiarity with industrial automation and control systems.
- Experience with specific industry quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949).
