Key Responsibilities
- Direct and optimize all plant operations to meet production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and overall plant profitability.

- Demonstrated ability to manage plant P&L, budgets, and operational KPIs.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations, quality management systems, and environmental compliance.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certification
- Experience with successful ERP system implementation or significant upgrades
- Proven track record in multi-site operations management
- Fluency in a second language relevant to the local workforce or international partners
