Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and closure of manufacturing projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, involving cross-functional teams from engineering, production, and quality.
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans, tracking progress against milestones.

- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and quality control principles.
- Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and project management software.
- Demonstrated experience applying Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications, engineering drawings, and manufacturing documentation.
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
- Proficiency with manufacturing-specific ERP/MES systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex)
- Direct experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., automation, robotics, additive manufacturing)
