Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables for manufacturing initiatives.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, production, supply chain) for project execution.
- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues specific to manufacturing environments.

- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification

- Familiarity with CAD software or manufacturing design principles
