Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to meet production goals and business objectives.
- Manage plant budget, optimize costs, and ensure financial targets are met.
- Lead, mentor, and develop plant personnel, fostering a high-performance culture.

- MBA or advanced degree in a relevant engineering or business field.
- Experience implementing Industry 4.0 technologies or advanced automation.
- Fluency in a second language relevant to the company's global operations or workforce.
- Proven experience in new plant start-ups or major capital expansion projects.
