Key Responsibilities
- Lead manufacturing projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timeline.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with engineering, production, and quality teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional resources and activities to ensure efficient project execution within the manufacturing environment.
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues specific to production operations.
- Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost-effectiveness for manufacturing initiatives.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards, regulatory compliance, and safety requirements.
- Communicate project status, challenges, and successes to all relevant stakeholders, including senior management.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management methodology expertise.
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and quality control.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and project management software.
- Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional team management skills.
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
- Proficiency with ERP (e.g., SAP) or MES systems
- Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) in a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) or ISO standards
