- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop production teams to achieve operational goals.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
- Proficiency with specific ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Demonstrated experience with automation or Industry 4.0 initiatives
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
