Key Responsibilities
- Lead and optimize daily production operations to meet output and quality targets.

- Solid understanding of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance standards within a manufacturing environment.
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
- Proficiency with advanced ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Experience implementing automation or Industry 4.0 technologies.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
