Key Responsibilities
- Direct and optimize all plant operations including production, quality, maintenance, and logistics.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards and regulations.
- Manage plant budget, control costs, and drive financial performance targets.
- Lead, mentor, and develop plant personnel to foster a high-performance culture.

- Expertise in safety regulations (e.g., OSHA) and quality management systems (e.g., ISO, GMP)
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field

- Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in a relevant engineering/management field)
- Experience with specific enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Demonstrated experience in managing unionized workforces or complex labor relations
