Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily plant operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are met.
- Develop and implement strategic production plans, budgets, and forecasts to optimize plant efficiency and profitability.

- Thorough understanding of safety regulations, quality systems (e.g., ISO, GMP), and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
- MBA or advanced degree in an engineering or business discipline.
- Experience with new plant startups, major expansions, or significant capital projects.
- Proficiency in a second language relevant to the operational footprint or supply chain.
