Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize carrying costs.
- Oversee the entire procurement process, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.
- Lead sales and operations planning (S&OP) to align demand forecasts with production capabilities.
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics, warehousing, and material flow within the manufacturing facility.

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Expertise in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for inventory control, planning, and master data management.
- Proven track record of optimizing inventory levels, improving supplier performance, and implementing demand forecasting strategies.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles and Just-In-Time (JIT) methodologies.
- APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
- Proficiency with advanced data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience with international logistics, customs, and trade compliance.
