Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations to meet output, quality, and delivery targets.
- Implement and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost reduction.
- Manage, mentor, and develop the production team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality control standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and manage operational budgets, identifying opportunities for cost savings.

- Strong proficiency with ERP systems and production planning software.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and manage high-performing production teams.
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
- Proficiency with a major ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Experience implementing automation or Industry 4.0 technologies
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
